Community Circles

Our community space is created to exchange experiences, stories, journeys and pearls of wisdom from the personal healing and self-development journey we walk every day. Circles are held by graduates of our Irish Healing Arts journey as an offering to those who would like to join.

The circles centre around community support. Those facilitating offer their time and create the space free of charge, instead choosing a local charity close to their hearts where participants are encouraged to make a personal direct donation to.

Circle Theme Gratitude

We often talk about Gratitude and the importance of recording our appreciation for the big and the small things in life. However it is often framed as a way to improve our wellbeing or mental health. While that’s not in itself a bad thing it is a perhaps a bit of a selfish motivation. What would a more genuine expression of true thankfulness look like? As in the day to day human life, we journey along our spiritual healing path often finding ourselves asking for help, to mentors, peers, our spirit guides and gods and whatever our understanding of Spirit is. We build a relationship but it can, in times of difficulty and struggle, become very one sided. In times of flow and ease we can take the relationship for granted.

This circle aims to hold a safe space to reflect on this and other thoughts that arise around the theme of Gratitude- what it means to us and how we can better practise it in all aspects of our lives. We will hold a small virtual thank you ceremony honouring all those who have sat with us and guided us in sacred space both seen and unseen. And then we will have an informal chat about what the theme means to us and how we might incorporate gratitude into our lives in meaningful ways with the intention of just being thankful for how lucky we are.
